Victor is awesome to work with. He was able to still fit me into his schedule for getting my business taxes done when the due date was a few weeks away. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice about my bookkeeping that my bookkeepers and CPAs have never mentioned to me before; saving me money. His prices are reasonable, but the value is exceptional. If you aren't getting your taxes done with Victor, you're burning cash.

I can't recommend Victor and the Tax Council enough! He is extremely knowledgeable and always has answers to my questions. He is soft spoken, patient and has the ability to immediately put you at ease, which was important to me.
The real reason I stick with Victor is because he REALLY cares about his clients. For instance, last year I had an important tax document that needed to be mailed to the IRS by a certain deadline. It was a very chaotic period in my life and I completely forgot about it. Victor on the other hand, had not forgotten about it and sent me a text asking if I had remembered to send it.
Wow. What a lifesaver! I was able to get the document in the mail and postmarked just in time! Now keep in mind, this was my responsibility and not Victors. He just cared about me and my financial situation enough to go out of his way to follow up with me. That kind of dedication and commitment to his clients is something you can count on from Victor.

victor espino, your response to bbb complaint is unsatisfactory. you are supposed to be of service to cuistomers and not inconvenience them by meeting with you @ your beckon call, by not making demands on them and. not lying about their refusal to go to you. you failed to provide honest and excellent service and have. done this with other former female clients. you've even lied on your response to the bbb. i kept requesting my tax information from you thru messenger several times. it took you a couple months to return my information and it only costed $7.50. do you wish to see the postage? i still have the envelope. had you been honest and helped me with filing my returns, i never would have terminated your services. i am a business woman and treat my clients with professionalism, honesty and integrity. these traits are something you should learn in business.

Ive used victor now for 3 tax filings and every year hes has incresed my refund! Got me almost 3k this year! Victor has a wealth of knowledge and his highly trained in financial services. Id recommend him to anyone.

I have two years coming to Victor and i am more than satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism. For someone like myself whom gets easily lost in words, Victor was able to easily explain to me the new tax reforms and debunk many of the theories and fears people have about filing taxes.
