As first time home buyers my husband and I had no idea what to do. Thankfully Erly Ling was there to guide us every step of the way. She provided advice and words of caution when needed, but ultimately left the decisions up to us. She always made herself available for showings and questions, weekends or weekdays, early morning or late at night, rain or shine, she was always there. She was in constant communication with us and remained extremely patient as we searched for our dream home. At points when I expected to receive an answer the following morning as it was already late at night, she would provide at the minimum a quick response and go into more detail first thing in the morning, more often though she would ask if she could give us a call and gave us a thorough answer. If there was a question that was out of her scope she would let us know and research for us.

She pointed out pros and cons for us to weigh, so we made an informed decision on how to proceed. She scheduled as many showings as we asked her to and drove us all over LA and San Bernardino County. She took the time to ask us questions to get a firm understanding on what we were looking for, and she was always sent us links to homes as soon as they were listed.

She was professional and hard working from beginning to end and did her best to accommodate our busy schedule. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Erly we wouldn't be homeowners today as the process seemed frightful at certain points, however with her guiding us we were able to find our way to the perfect home. Lastly, out of the kindness of her heart she even bought us a new chimney cap and had it installed for us!
