Neo Learning Center

NEO Fine Arts Learning Center is undoubtedly the foundation of my work ethics, effective study skills, and values. I attended NEO from first grade to eighth grade for the entirety of the academic school year and summer.
1) Homework and Concepts Assistance: What I like about NEO is that every grade level teacher checks in with every individual student to complete homework assignments and prepare for upcoming due dates/tests. They make sure that you truly understand the concept at hand even after you finish your homework.
2) Academic Excellence Workbooks and Worksheets: NEO prepares English Writing and Comprehension workbooks and Math workbooks beyond the school curriculum for students. These especially help when preparing for honors classes!
3) Safety: Throughout the countless times NEO picked me up from school to the academy, I never once had a safety issue.
4) Extracurricular Programs (Piano, Go, Spanish): I started being a musician with the piano program, and I stayed a pianist for the past 14 years! I loved it.
5) Ms. Kate, the principal and founder of NEO, is a disciplined and resilient woman, who exemplifies hard work and truly cares for the welfare of each student.
If you want to have your child excel in his/her academic endeavors and growth as a person, this is the academy you should trust

not good at all because everyone there bully's and the phone policy is horrible because you cannot use it at all during break.

Neo is the best after school in Arcadia area. Miss Chloe and Miss Larissa are phenomenal. Highly recommended!

This place is the place if you want your child to have great work ethic. Every teacher is so passionate and caring, I'm glad I came here. Mrs. Kate's teaching philosophy benefits students in a long term, not just on completing homework.

i myself was a student at neo. i do give credit to the academic portion of this program, it did help a lot. but i regret going here. some of the teachers were very fun to learn with, but others not so much. Mrs. Kate, the principal, was my least favorite. i'm not sure if this was even allowed or was given permission to her from my relatives that enrolled me here but at times where she would get frustrated with me, she felt the need to physically or verbally punish me. i remember her hitting and yell at me when she would get frustrated with me. ( mind you i was a young ). a lot of the teachers here were very unprofessional and seemed unqualified to teach the kids that attended there.

I sent my daughter here when she was having a hard time at school in the 2nd grade. Some of her classmates had referred me to Neo so I decided to check the place out.

After about 3 months of hard work, I had seen some major improvements in my daughter. To be honest I was pretty amazed at the results. My daughter has been here at Neo for more than 4 years and during that time they had helped her so much. She even became the student body president of Holly Ave Elementary School in the 5th grade.

Since that point, I had enrolled my two younger sons as well.
I wouldn't know what to do without them.

This fine establishment has been at the same location in Arcadia for over 2 decades and I can't say a single negative thing about Neo Fine Art. Every one of my siblings and family member has gone through these doors and it has been a great environment for all of us. They promote education while being in a social environment with a classroom setting.
This is a place for parents to send their children who want to do more than just the "bare minimum" that most public schools promote.
They offer tutoring, piano classes, extracurricular activities in the summer, and even pick your kids up from school.
A real place to build lasting friendships and mentorship from teachers to colleagues.
Only someone uneducated would not appreciate this kind of environment.

Phenomenal learning center! Extremely well organized and with very loving, capable teachers. They really push kids to do their very best and give them a well-rounded education (music, art, speech, math, English, languages) Thank you so much, Neo, for everything you do for our son!
