Love the delivery service! One less thing to worry about. They take good care of my shirts. Have never once had a missing button or bad ironing job.

What a ripoff...10 shirts were 58 dollars...just moved into the area and will never go back..price i was given at drop off was 30 plus dollars cheaper..I worked at a cleaners as a teen and would never imagine ripping people off this bad.

I Love this place. I couldn't be more Happy. My stuff is always perfect.
I get home delivery. The Owner couldn't be nicer. And i have been a customer for Many Many years.. I would recommend them.

Never take a wedding dress there; poor service; no communication; an overall disappointment!!

OMG!!! Are you kidding me? $81.22 for two dresses a pair of Capri pants and a top?!?! It's highway robbery.

This is another place that, if there were negative stars, I would totally give it to them.

These guys ruined my favorite dress shirt. When I went back to see if I could get any sort of explanation, the lady was extremely rude and didn't give me the time of day. I am the type of guy that usually is even keeled, but when it comes to bad customer service and not being able to provide a quality product, that's where I draw the line.

I will never come back to these people. I figured that I go here because it was close to my apartment, but if they treat their negligence of customer service this way, there are other places that I can go to!

Expensive, Overpriced, and Not Worth My Money.

These guys are so overpriced that I do not know how they stay in business. There must be 8 or so drycleaners within 8 blocks of this place and I don't know how they can look you with a straight face and rip you off.

Very professional , and clothes are always cleaned and pressed with a high quality finish. This cleaners is equivalent to the French Laundry in Pasadena, only it's more affordable. If you want your clothes to look perfect this is the place to go.

We have tried these people off-and-on for the last year or so. Each time it has been a disaster. This latest, where the man behind the counter (Kenneth, he says), quickly lost patience as I thoroughly checked our items (23 in all, for a total of over $200!!!). He finally YELLED AT ME, "What do you want?" I asked his to please stop yelling, but he continued. I asked again. He walked off in a huff saying that he was calling the owner. There was no response from the owner. "Kenneth" came back to the counter and said, "You obviously have issues." I said something like, "How dare you talk to a customer like that. He then took all the items from the rack are them on the machine and walked away into the back without another word. If there were a sub-zero rating available to give these people, I would. They over-charge and are routinely impolite. Go elsewhere.
