Jan's Towing

OMGosh! I had my car towed to a repair shop and it had a brand new battery. Went it arrived at the repair shop I got a call from the mechanic and told me that the problem might be the old battery!!! What old battery? It's a new battery!!! I literally lost it. I took a deep breath & I called Jan's and talk to the manager Steve. He was going to look into and get back to me. Well come to find out it was the repair shop! Yup! They put the wrong customer car info to the wrong car! Well Steve did his part and called me back with all this information. I apologized to Steve and I hope Martin knows too! I expressed my gratitude and Steve kept his professionalism throughout the whole ordeal.

I had gotten my car towed and spare tire put on this morning. I was on the busy 210 freeway, just getting off work. Through roadside assistance coverage with Toyota, I was matched with Jan's Towing. Their timing was great (only waited about 25 mins for a tow). Mike from Jan's Towing came to help tow me safely to an America's Tires shop to see which tire needed to be replaced with my spare. Mike was very kind and provided excellent service. Thank you Mike!

I was stuck on a major highway after my car experienced a cooling system leak. It was on a Sunday in the middle of a storm. I called AAA and immediately received a phone call from a friendly dispatcher from Jan's to tidy up some location details. Within minutes, my angel Martin had arrived! He was able to bring my car and I back to my family safely-anxiously waiting. Martin has a heart of gold, a seasoned tower and is a fascinating character to interact with. He extracted me from a dangerous situation and I'm forever grateful!

I want to thank Rick and everyone at Jan's towing Azusa. Very professional and the customer service the best. There response time in getting me towed was fast. I would definitely recommend everyone, if you need a tow call Jan's towing Azusa!!

Sent Eddie to pick up my first love. Eddie knows how to treat a classic. Knew right away this was a special tow. No need for social instructions. No metal to metal hooks anywhere. He's a great guy to have worked with. On time, Friendly, pleasure to work with!

@ francisco (tow truck driver) go work someplace else please, a place that has written policies so you can stop spewing lies.

@ big old lady in the front, find something better to do with your life! stop being so angry at the world and go get a new job! there's no use for a front desk person when there's no assistance being offered.

this "business" refused a pink slip unless we paid them $1800 for it. their own tow truck driver NEVER informed us that there was a "$65" per day storage fee. they're keeping my partner's car AND asking for money? there is no way this place is a legitimate "business."

they have honesty & integrity written by their logo on every tow truck, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! they need to google the definition of both of those words since they clearly have no clue what either mean.

they have the rudest, ugliest people running the front, too. all old and grumpy because they wake up every morning just to show up to their tow yard filled with junk... what a life! the manager is truly the final boss of it all. she just kicks customers out for not paying her excessive towing fees and does not let customers speak by speaking over customers and yelling at them. she must have trained her grumpy old people well because the manager gets to sit in the back and have her trained minions tell people she's on her lunch for hours. honestly, everyone just yells at you because they don't know one thing about customer service.

the interior is filled with seats for about 10 people, complimentary water in the fridge for customers and a tv. yet, they have a fake "1 person in the lobby at a time" page print out on their front door. only if you're "doing business with them" you can have more than one person in the lobby at a time.

oh, and their idea of business? SCAMMING people. they have nothing better to do but threaten to put a lien on your credit just because they want to leave their joke of a job with cash in their pockets.

overall, BBB will hear from me. AAA will hear from me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. save yourself the trouble of dealing with these sad people.

I cannot recommend Frank more! I called AAA and they told me it would take over an hour for service. Jan's towing sent out Frank & he got there within 25min! He was quick & super informative. I would definitely recommend
