Delivered on time as promised. Clean unit , no graffiti or writing inside or out. Cleaned weekly as promised. Billed correctly. Easy to work with, and informative. Recommend this company highly.

They don't review your background the right they wait until you are working and let u know what's going on
And also they don't give PTO or vacation time when requested u have u wait like 2 years of to get few hours off or PTOs

We use Diamond for all our construction sanitation needs and are very happy with the service. All the reps and drivers are courteous and friendly. Cat Martinez helped me today with my request for pickup and handled it fast and efficiently.

Terrible Service, if a day in the week is a holiday,( not everyone gets Holidays off and still utilize toilets), they put you back a day(late in the day), regardless if you service is the next day leaving you with filthy toilets, their service is questionable at best when they choose to service your site, then you have to go and make sure the service technician is properly cleaning and washing them,( they will wash one and leave the next), which he does a half assed job and then drives away as fast as he can. I would strongly recommend you utilize someone else for your site that views your team as a value not like the crap Diamond does as they cannot even service that.

This company is CRAP. (Pun intended.)

I had port-o-potty services for my cabin through a locally owned company in Twentynine Palms for a year called Beltz. They sold it to these guys and it's been nothing but problems. First of all, in year of service with Beltz and I had zero complaints. ZERO. Diamond takes it over and for the first time my toilet smells. I'm not going to sit and detail a long story but the reality is these guys have skipped weekly services or done them so poorly it seems like they have. I call and complain and they act friendly but insinuate that me and/or my guests are lying or just being overly picky or more than 10 people using it during the week. (This is a 300 sq ft cabin. There are one or two people in here. Period.)

I've made three complaints. The last one was saying I want a credit because the driver did not come. When I called they said he did not service because my car was in the way when he came to service (on a day that was not the day they tell me they service). SO HE LEFT INSTEAD OF ASKING ME TO MOVE MY CAR. This week the guy literally put 1/2 inch of liquid in the port-o-potty. You take one dump and there isn't enough liquid in the thing to cover it and it reeks immediately. Cherry on top is they've raised their rates recently (without notice - hoping I wouldn't pay attention I suppose) so now I'm paying even more for an increasingly worse level of service.

I get the sense I've got the "crazy lady" star on my file because they don't even take me seriously any more. Um...I just know my toilet doesn't have to smell. It isn't even summer yet. I can't even imagine how much it's going to stink when it's 100 degrees and all the liquid has evaporated before the next service. Unfortunately no one else services out here. I'm looking into getting an incinerator toilet.

AVOID this company if you have options.

I have worked with Diamond Environmental Services on many of our projects. They are always helpful, quick, and clean! The most recent project I am on, Michael Salcido has been beyond helpful. I couldn't ask for a better! As you can imagine in construction there is a lot of pressure. Michael is always calm and yet has a sense of urgency. He has always scheduled services at the timeframes available which helps push my projects along. The communication is professional, quick, clear and always transparent.
