John was our DJ for our wedding at the LA County Arboretum on 7/9/23. We had booked live music for the ceremony and the cocktail hour and Carlos at the Arboretum recommended Dance Syndicate for the dancefloor. We're so happy he did!

We had a lunch meeting with John and his wife Cindy and immediately clicked. They were incredibly personable, had all sorts of templates to help with planning, and were quick to give recommendations when we were walking through the music we liked. Our playlist was pretty eclectic and John did a great job making it flow and getting the crowd going.

John and Cindy were very on top of all communication and super helpful in figuring out tiny details. They jumped in to help us plan a mother-son polka that was a big hit. They even took special care to play certain songs in honor of my parents, who have passed away, at specific points in the night. They also get MASSIVE points for playing the Dropkick Murphys and Sweet Caroline without being asked - my big Boston family loved it!

John was even kind enough to help our friends playing the ceremony and cocktail hour with their equipment, and act as an MC throughout the night. We couldn't recommend Dance Syndicate more!

We cannot overstate how much we loved working with John and Cyndi for our wedding in Arcadia. From the first meeting we could tell they are very experienced and love what they do. They genuinely cared about making our wedding great and wow John came through! We've been to many weddings and never had a MC/DJ as great as John, the music created the right ambiance at all times and John had so many tricks up his sleeves to rally up a great mood for our guests, he had us cracking up all day! John made a world of difference for our wedding, we were so lucky to have found him and you would be too!

John and Cyndi are really amazing. They're not just a DJ who you'll see the day of your event when they come with their equipment, they really take the time to get to know you and what you want for your event.
We hired John and Cyndi for our wedding in July and had a great time getting to know them over dinner during our consultation and then for our final checklist meeting. They really took care to choose music that would work best for the vibe we were going with and even worked on creating custom cues for some of the songs we chose so the timing would work to the best dramatic effect.

John, Cyndi, and their team provided the best DJ services we could ask for! They took time to get to know us and our music tastes, as well as helped us better understand how to create the best possible timeline for our special day. Their team is always available for questions and knows our venue (Castle Green) inside and out! The day of, we did not have a care in the world as John kept the timeline on track and the party going all night. His seamless transitions between parts of the ceremony and reception made the day flow perfectly! We are so grateful for their team and cannot recommend Dance Syndicates highly enough!

DJ John and his wife Cyndi are the best! They drove over an hour for our first meeting and really made wedding planning fun. John went above and beyond figuring out what kind of music we liked, listening to lengthy Spotify playlists that we had made and including all of it during the reception. He's excellent at knowing what to play to get your guests onto the dance floor, people were dancing all night!

My husband and I were so lucky to have found John and Cyndi of Dance Syndicate! We booked them long before anyone else to help with our wedding. Due to the pandemic, we lost other vendors along the way but John was always there to help us plan our day. John is experienced, warm and has a great DJing style. he kept the dancefloor hot all night! Thank you John and Cyndi for everything!

Our first meeting was with John and our last goodbye on the big night was as well. He went above and beyond for us and we could not be more pleased. His music kept people on the dance floor, his MCing kept our schedule timely, and his positivity reassured me as we all prepared to go down the aisle. I cannot recommend Dance Syndicate more highly!

John and Cyndi are truly amazing! We had the privilege of having John as our DJ for our wedding, and he was totally awesome. Prior to our wedding, John and Cyndi met with us well prepared with their own timeline for us to review and we felt comfortable with them from the beginning. Although our wedding was postponed 2 times due to COVID, they made sure to adjust their schedules to fit our new date. John came highly recommended and is a preferred vendor at the venue we got married at. If you are looking for a DJ for your special event, look no further. They are true professional, but most importantly very sweet and caring people. Would highly highly recommend!

John donated his time to our non-profit's event for our dinner and trivia game evening. Although not his usual type of gig, he did a fantastic job! Perfect dinner music while we were eating. And during trivia he ad libbed some great songs -- the theme to Match Game, the Jeopardy! "thinking" theme, and even a song that was the subject of one of the trivia questions. He lowered the volume when the moderator was talking and raised it when we were all trying to think. He was gracious and fun and it really added a lot to our event. Thanks so much, John!

We've used John from Dance Syndicate Entertainment for countless company events over the years (holiday parties, retirement parties, employee appreciation events, etc). Not only is he on time, organized, and punctual, he really knows how to get a crowd dancing. It really makes it more fun your DJ/MC actually gets on the dance floor to do the electric slide!!

My only regret is not using his services for when I got married last year. My husband and I decided on price over quality, and we kind of paid the price at our wedding reception (the vendor we went with was all promises, but did not follow through).

Please know that when you book with Dance Syndicate, you are getting the best quality for the price you pay. There are a lot of "value" companies that can get you a steep cheap price, but what you sacrifice is quality. Again, I still use Dance Syndicate for company events and I would recommend John for your company events or your own wedding.
